La Mona Rosa’s Pink Brunch will offer an exclusive vibrant menu with five featured cocktails – each its own shade of pink. Signature brunch items will include dishes reflecting Executive Chefs Isidro Marquez-Castillo’s and Daniel Arias’ travels throughout central Mexico and cherished family recipes including a signature pink dessert.
